When you go fishing, you are always thinking about where the fish would be hiding. You take the sweet spots into consideration and give them a try, you try casting close to the shore line, you try near logs or fallen trees, and numerous other spots. But, if you were a fish, where would you be hiding? Wouldn’t it be the fisherman or fisher girl’s dream to have a picture of right where the fish were hiding out? Fortunately, this dream has come true for fishing enthusiasts. This is how you can picture where the fish are hiding:

1. Try the Sweet Spots

The trusty old sweet spot trick. Try it out first, before you try anything else. It may be the oldest trick in the book, but it is the oldest trick in the book for a legitimate reason. It does work the vast majority of the time. Fish do tend to hide out in these sweet spot areas that are wooded, or where there are lily pads or fallen trees or logs.

2. Wait for the Right Weather

Fish are not going to be biting if it is pouring the rain, and that would not make for a very enjoyable fishing trip anyways. Wait for prettier weather because that is when the fish will really be active in the water. You have to wait long enough for the water to warm up. You can not go fishing on the first partially warm day. The water needs to warm up too before the fish will begin getting active.

3. Look at the big picture

If you are on a boat, trolling through the waters slowly, then the Color fish finder will provide you with a colored picture of whether or not there are fish in that area or not.
